Job Description
- Responsible for organizing files for proper documentation of the projects
- Assist and support Project Manager and Project Engineers in Project Management and Project Administration
- Monitor and update the list of work done and work status
- Able to purchase plan route maps and apply Notice of Commencement Earthworks application for all necessary utilities such as Cable, Gas, Telco, PUB, and etc;
- Prepare AS-Built drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and completeness for submission
- Participate in the development and implementation of enhanced processes and assist to identify areas for improvement.
- All other duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Project Administration for construction, design or building industry or property / facility management
- Fresh graduate from Diploma/NITEC are welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Good communication skills
- Able to meet tight deadline
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
