Responsibilities:
- Perform front-desk duties such Patient Registration, Booking Appointments, Dispensing Medicine, Billing and Payment Collection
- Attend to enquiries
- Assist Doctors with chaperone and simple procedures
- Administrative duties such as claims submission, stock take and Clinic audit
- Deliver high quality of patient care experience
- Rostering
- Coaching the Patient Service Associates
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer-service mindset
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
- Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role.
- Full Time and Part Time role available.
- Full Time staff need to commit 44 hours per week, on 5.5/6 Days work week.
- Able to commit over the weekends and night sessions.
