SMTP Consult Pte Ltd is a family office concierge service firm that caters to our client’s needs as they immigrate to Singapore. Our goal is to help our clients with their relocation needs as they settle in Singapore and provide bespoke services based on their specific requirements. One of the offerings we provide is to help clients with their personal and business hiring needs, and we are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team.


Job Description:

  • Support the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, candidate screening, and interviews
  • Maintain an organized recruitment database
  • Offer staffing solutions to meet client needs
  • Comprehend job descriptions and prerequisites for available positions
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with both clients and jobseekers
  • Source suitable candidates from various channels like databases, online platforms, and social media
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants for suitable placement
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experiences against job requirements
  • Complete necessary paperwork for new hires
  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Must have CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) Certification
  • Must be able to work legally in Singapore
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for handling Mandarin speaking clients
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Customer service-oriented mindset, target-driven, and eager for challenges
  • Capability to conduct various types of interviews
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and databases
  • Skill in designing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation

Note: This role has a hybrid work arrangement.
