Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the beauty salon to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with sta= to optimize scheduling and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure the availability of products.
Implement operational policies and procedures for continuous improvement. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote beauty services.
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to attract new customers. Plan and organize promotional campaigns and events.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Key Skills:
Proven experience in operations and marketing, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
