We are working with one of the largest global fintech events company and they are now looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative based here in Singapore to help drive growth.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
- Research on customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency within the fintech industry.
- Qualify inbound marketing qualified leads (campaigns, inbound mails) through desk research and provide the New Business sales team with a summary of prospects.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Staying updated on industry trends and company’s product offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Work closely with the new business sales team and account managers.
- Pro-actively seek new prospects and opportunities for the new business sales team to exceed sales targets.
Your profile:
- A Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the technology or fintech industry
- Positive attitude and Self-driven personality
- Must be Proactive and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
