Senior Manager (IT Project Management) - M.LEE
The candidate will manage a team responsible for executing projects and providing operational support for Company’s IT systems such as to Facial Recognition, Visitor Management, Door Access Management, and Facility Security. The role will collaborate closely with users, vendors, and stakeholders to meet goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders and align strategies with campus business objectives.
- Responsible for project management and the end to end successful delivery of projects.
- Oversee project tasks including user requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Create and review project documentation to ensure quality and compliance with university guidelines.
- Manage procurement processes, including tender preparation, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
- Build strong relationships with business users and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead the project team, ensuring resource optimization and maintaining team morale.
- Maintenance and Support
- Ensure successful application maintenance and support to meet SLAs.
- Conduct systems and data analysis to resolve system issues and improve processes.
Requirement
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with,
- 10+ years of large scale project and stakeholder management.
- 6+ years of technical management experience.
- Knowledge of Facial Recognition, Visitor Management, Door Access Management, and Facility Security related technologies.
- Experience with IoT, BI, Smart Building and related technologies is a plus.
- Experience in scrum/agile will be advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex issues.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with management, users, and vendors.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a proactive team player.
