As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in recruiting top talent to drive the growth of the company’s innovative SaaS business across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and design customized recruiting strategies.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience.
- Use various channels and tools to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Provide data and insights to evaluate the success of recruitment efforts.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience hiring tech sales talent (BD, Account Manager, etc), preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to source and hire talent across different roles and levels of seniority.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for talent acquisition and interest in the tech industry.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Fluent in English.
