- Provide technical advice and guidance to the FM service delivery team.
- Lead by example and groom FM service delivery team in achieving maximum client satisfaction.
- Conduct Technical Investigation as and when required.
- Conduct relevant technical training for sites to improve technical competency.
- Support mobilisation of new site till operation is stabalised.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure for FM service delivery team.
- Conduct Technical Audit to ensure that safety procedures, good maintenance regime and good building system condition are in placed and maintained.
- Develop Practical Training regime.
- Participate in Engineering process in any engineering work related assignment.
- Provide specific expertise for problem-solving of ACMV issues at site.
- Explore/introduce suitable/new technologies applicable for FM.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV trade
- A strong communicator
- Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults
- Good knowledge and experience in ACMV system
- Good experience in Inspection, T&C, handing & taking over of Mechanical/ ACMV system
- A good team player
- Meticulous
- Able to work independently
- Well versed in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
- Preferably has a valid class 3 driving license
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
