Administration Officer & Corporate Secretary

Jp International (sg) Pte. Ltd.

  • Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters for Singapore companies.
  • Updating minute books and registers.
  • Liaising, providing information to and updating management, directors and auditors.
  • General administrative work including filing (both digital and physical), typing and any other admin work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Good communication, people skills and able to work in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and mandarin to liaise with clients and respective associates.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
