Job Description
· Handles the telephone calls; to pick up within 3 rings
· Manages the frontline counter duty; attending to all students, parents and walk-in visitors’ queries
· Handles incoming mails and distribution of letters to students/parents/teachers
· Attends to goods delivery on behalf of staff
· Attends to students leaving school early/injured students/admission to Sick Bay General Admin
· Oversees the general housekeeping of the General Office (i.e reception area, conference room, sick-bay and pantry – assisted by Operations Support Officer (OSO)
· Arrange for temporary storage of received items in the General Office where necessary and inform relevant staff
· Assist with lost & found items
· Provides admin support to School Leaders and General Office Staff
· Assists in admin duties such as data entry, faxing, etc.
· Assists the Admin Managers in administrative tasks
· Any other duties assigned by School Leaders/AMs
Requirements
· GCE “O” level holder with 3 or more passes
· At least 1 year of experience in front desk duty and/or customer service
· Experience in an MOE school environment is an advantage
· Pleasant personality and appearance
· Has good written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and use of internet
· Can operate office equipment (e.g fax machines, photocopiers and printers)
Working hours
· Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.45pm inclusive of 45mins lunch break
· Fridays: 9.00am to 5.45pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
