Role Responsibilities
The project quality inspector is a crucial role in the project, responsible for ensuring that the project meets the established quality standards, safety specifications and design requirements during construction.
- Quality plan formulation and implementation: Assist the project manager to formulate detailed quality inspection plan according to the project contract, design drawings, construction specifications and quality standards, and supervise its implementation during the construction process to ensure that the quality standards are effectively implemented.
- On-site quality inspection: regularly inspect the construction site, check the quality of raw materials, construction technology, hidden works, finished product protection and other links, timely find and correct quality problems, record the inspection, put forward rectification opinions and follow up the implementation.
- Quality inspection and acceptance: Organize or participate in engineering quality inspection and acceptance, including but not limited to material reinspection, process handover acceptance, project acceptance and completion acceptance, etc., to ensure that engineering quality meets design and related specifications.
- Quality problem handling: Analyze the causes of found quality problems, propose solutions, and coordinate relevant departments or personnel to rectify them, ensure that problems are solved in time, and prevent problems from expanding or recurring.
- Quality document management: Establish and maintain engineering quality files, including but not limited to quality inspection records, quality problem handling records, acceptance reports, etc., to ensure that quality traceability is documented.
- Improve work efficiency and progress
- Optimize work flow : Regularly review and optimize the quality inspection work flow, reduce unnecessary work links, and improve work efficiency.
- Technology application : actively learn and apply advanced quality inspection technology, tools and software, such as intelligent testing instruments, quality management systems, etc., to improve detection accuracy and efficiency.
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- Three years working experience in pharmaceutical equipment engineering.
- Professional knowledge: Have a solid foundation of engineering knowledge, familiar with construction codes and quality standards in construction, machinery, electrical and other related fields.
- Technical ability: Be able to skillfully use a variety of quality inspection tools and equipment, master the commonly used quality inspection methods and technologies.
- Problem solving ability: Have independent thinking and problem-solving ability, can quickly judge the cause of quality problems and propose solutions.
- Communication and coordination skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds and coordinate resources to solve problems.
- Accept long-term overseas business trips.
