Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve engineering problems as needed
- Support manufacturing/assembly process improvement
- Responsible to uphold electrical safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and update process check sheets and manuals
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance as needed
- Provide technical guidance and mentor Technicians
- Conduct and prepare root analysis and part defect report
- Work with Internal parties and vendor to prevent recurrence
- Liaise with R&D department for engineering change request
- Pre-inspection/inspection on MTC’s Quality Issues
- Prepare electrical inspection test sheet for test and measurement
- Evaluate and implement corrective measure on test result
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
- To carry out or perform tasks / activities, prepare and submit necessary reports to Superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years experience in machine tool or automation environment
- Experience in CNC Machinery assembly process and automation will be advantageous
- A team player with a sense of responsibility and urgency
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
