· Knowledgeable of contract terms and incoterms and able to produce contracts predicted on trader's agreement approval and perform sales and purchased from start to end
· Oversee and take charge of the required documents for DA, L/C, DP registration and financial discussions autonomously
· Knowledgeable on Examining bills of lading, Conditional discharges, Letters of credit drafts and Warehouse invoices
· Familiar with base metal pricing, hedging, LME practice and trade finance.
· Work closely to consignments preparations with warehouse forwarder and coordinate with cargo transportation, storage and release with warehouse
· Collaborate with Account department to manage receiving funds and exiting transactions
· Able to learn quickly how to input and modify transactions in the database and updating the database regularly
· Able to resolve issues that arise
· Evaluate and track all risks and report to Operations Manager
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
· At least a Diploma is required
· At least 2 years of experience in commodity trading house
· Capable of adapting in fast paced environment
· Good written and spoken skills
· Basic proficiency in reading and writing Chinese is required.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Singapore resident only
