Job Description
Customer Service
- To assist in customer service at the counter
- To answer telephone calls and direct to the respective parties, if necessary
- To assist in administrating simple first aid for students
Generic Email
- To assist in the clearing of the generic emails
Data Entry using Microsoft Word or Excel
- To assist in data entry using Microsoft Word or Excel
Any other clerical duties
- To assist in any other clerical duties assigned
Requirements
- At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
- Able to commence work on 02 Jan 2025
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with a high level of initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Please indicate proficiency in CV)
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in reception duty in schools between 2021 to 2024
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 6.30am to 3.45pm inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

- Contract Period: From 2 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
- With option to extend (Discretion)
