Job Description
- Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch
- Preparation and verification of documents (e.g. prepare Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet and track their daily attendance
- Maintaining and updating of data records
- Compilation of statistics
- Filing and typing
- Drafting of correspondences
- Attending to pupils who are unwell
- Any other duties as assigned by School
Requirements
- At least an O-Level
- Able to handle telephone enquiries from Mandarin speaking parents / vendors / clients
- At least 3 years of experience providing admin support
- Proficient in MS Office
- Basic First Aid knowledge
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with high level of initiative
- Good customer service skills
- High level of initiative and able to work independently
Working hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7.00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
