Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Delivery Order and coordinate with supplier on job arrangement
- Responsible for planning of all project schedules and ensure that orders are delivered on time
- Work closely with project team with the allocation of resources
- Handle maintenance/inspection of tools and vehicles
- Prepare miscellaneous claims
- Check workers’ attendance
Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Proficient use of MS Office - Word / Excel
- Able to work under strict deadlines
