Job Description
- Patrol school compound and nearby vicinity before, during and after school hours to ensure orderliness of students.
- Maintain discipline and orderliness of students during recesses and lunch breaks in school compound.
- Provide the necessary disciplinary support for at least one level of students (about 270 students) to help teachers in managing their classes.
- Provide interim care-taking of students when necessary.
- Manage late-coming of students, attire check and hair check.
- Be the point of contact for parents pertaining to student management issues when necessary.
- Assist Student Management Committee in preliminary investigation of cases.
- Manage detention, suspension of students from class and follow-up on students who do not comply.
- Resolve conflicts between students using Restorative Practice.
- Analyse and track data for late-coming using appropriate software.
- Perform Data Entry on student management matters.
- Stand in for relief teaching duties
- Assist in administrative duties during school holidays/ term breaks.
- Assist in school safety matters such as directing traffic
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by School Leaders, Head of Department/ Year Heads and Administration Manager

Working hours
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4.30 pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
- Tuesdays and Fridays: 7:00 am to 3.30 pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
