Rresponsible for service-related work and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction through providing post-sales technical/functional support to customers.
- Provide after-sales service including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of various scientific instruments.
- Provide technical consultancy and support to customers.
- Conduct basic equipment functionality training to users at customer’s site as and when necessary.
- Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline.
- Support Service Technicians in troubleshooting when required
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationship.
- Prepare service reports.
- Continuously develop and upgrade personal technical skills in order to provide quality service.
REQUIREMENTS
- ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance;
- Ideally possess relevant experience in Scientific and/or Medical industries;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and a team player;
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen;
- Valid Class 3 driving license and own personal vehicle will be an added advantage
