Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring person-centric care according to the needs of the patients and their respective conditions
- Perform nursing procedures in accordance to the person-centred philosophy of care, and in compliance with the home
- Work in close collaboration with other in-house functions to deliver holistic care
- Build rapport with residents and their families
- Provide supervision and clinical guidance to junior nursing staff
- Involved in orientation and on-going training of nursing staff
Key Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
- Valid SNB/BCLS
- required to know how to do cannulation
