Assist in the training of new staff members
Communicate with chefs daily for menu updates

Monitor inventory procedures and organize data

Supervise dining room floor and guest services
Manage opening and closing cash handling procedures
Are primarily required to have strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine like Chinese Steamboat, Sichuan Cuisine,Tong Bei Cuisine and BBQ
