Design & Technical Manager (E&E)
Working Days & Hours: 5 Day | Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary Range: $6000-$9000
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement successful design strategies and implement them for the project
- Ensuring that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget
- Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
- Advising on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement
- Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met
- Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind
- Ensuring strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements and Singapore standards.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
- Managing processes relating to the project’s design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget
- Keeping up to date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or it equivalent
- Working Experience in Commercial Building & Design
- Registered with the Singapore Professional Engineers Board
- Familiar with working within LTA rail and road structures protection zones
