- Math Tuition Teacher
- Location: Marine Parade Rd,
- Working days & Time: Tuesday - Friday: 1130am to 730pm & Saturday: 830am to 730pm
- Salary: $3500 - $6000
Job Description
- Execute our curriculum (10 to 12 classes lessons per week, 2 hours per class).
- Deliver lessons according to centre’s teaching and curriculum standards to ensure high quality of student learning.
- Record and input students’ milestone check quizzes results into our proprietary data-analytics platform.
- Monitor and analyse class and students’ learning through prompt feedback (written/verbal), data analysis, and grading of students’ work.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents; provide regular updates to parents on students’ performance and progress.
- Provide support and ideas towards the improvement, planning and development of curriculum.
- Contribute actively in team meetings.
- Create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
- Provide coverage for teachers who are unable to take their assigned class due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Other ad-hoc duties such as work on educational projects or events.
- Perform all administrative and other duties as assigned.
- Able to work at least 1 weekend (Saturday).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate from a local university (NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD) preferred
- At least 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience (preferred)
- Familiar with the Singapore school curriculum
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds
