- Prepare tender submission, cost reports, cost plans and evaluate tender.
- Responsible from tender to pre-contract and post contract administration duties.
- Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultants, attend site visits and tender briefings/meetings.
- Evaluate and review of tender drawings for discrepancies.
- Responsible for quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of Subcontractors.
- Liaise, communicate and work with Subcontractors/vendors/suppliers.
- Evaluating quotations from Subcontractors/suppliers according to tender requirements.
- Timely preparation of cost estimations, technical data & unit rates.
- Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within specified deadlines.
- Good knowledge on local pricing.
- Suggest Value Engineering solutions, if required, in the tender.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
- Min 2 years QS experience related to Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical services.
- Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will be considered for a senior role.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Proficient in Cubic Cost Software
- Good knowledge and experienced in Design & Build Tender for M&E services is preferred.
- A good team player.
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity.
- Contractual knowledge is preferred.
