- Assist in performing purchasing activities which include sourcing, process Purchase Orders, price negotiation
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
- Assist on daily administrative activities and documentation works
- Manage work pass matters, apply work permit, arrange core trade, CSOC/BCSS
- File Keeping and system data key in
- Monthly payroll, interview session when needed
- Handle GST, IR8A, IR21
- Handle accounting related matter, year end report
- Perform any other duties as assigned
