We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee a critical ERP system development project for a prestigious client. As the linchpin between our solution provider team and the client, you will drive project success by managing communications, documentation, and quality control across all stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all project meetings, prepare detailed agendas, and ensure clear and concise minutes are distributed promptly.
- Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder communications, providing timely updates and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across two time zones to drive project momentum and meet deliverables.
- Translate the client's vision into actionable mind maps, flowcharts, and vision documents, working closely with the client's director and their team.
- Manage all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Act as an unbiased mediator in dispute resolutions, maintaining professionalism and neutrality.
- Conduct quality checks before client presentations and collate client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Keep the client abreast of progress and developments, ensuring transparency and trust.
