Job Description
MainNet Digital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations/Onboarding Executive to support the smooth onboarding of new clients and ensure efficient operational processes.
The role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing the client experience. This role will also assist with operational tasks to support the wider business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and reviewed in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, providing clear communication and support.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as compliance, legal, and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Develop and implement efficient onboarding workflows and processes, improving turnaround times and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, client documentation, and compliance checks in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in operational tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and liaising with service providers to ensure efficient fund management processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to onboarding or operations, working collaboratively to implement solutions.
- Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day operational tasks, including preparing reports and processing transactions.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure that the onboarding process remains compliant and efficient.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, operations, or a similar role within financial services, fintech, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements related to client onboarding.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or onboarding software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital currency or blockchain-related businesses.
- Familiarity with global compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
