Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management Team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned projects within budget, timeline, and quality parameters. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects in the events industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management process for assigned events, exhibitions, or conferences from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with objectives and expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, marketing, and creative to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Facilitate post-event debriefs and conduct thorough evaluations to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Event Management, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in events, exhibitions, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
