Job Responsibilities:-
- Respond to employer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person visits
- Conduct phone interviews with helpers and identify candidates that align with employer requirements
- Coordinate arrival and departure arrangements for MDWs (Foreign Domestic Workers)
- In charged of applications & verifying documents and ensure processes are adhered to
- Data entry & managing bio data database
- Must be well-verse in Microsoft Office & basic computing skills
