Job Description:
•Build a new client portfolio in your target market and deliver expansion roles to existing clients.
•Fulfilling time-sensitive hiring requests delegated by the manager.
•Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to various recruitment needs.
•Learn and master relationship workflows while developing business acumen, time management skills, professionalism, and communication skills.
•Source, contact, and pitch to relevant candidates for our clients' hiring projects using effective sales and recruiting techniques in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
•Expand the company Network by strategically recruiting key leaders through recruiting campaigns, leveraging professional lists, trade and business associations, and referrals.
•Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry coverage to improve service speed and quality and stay updated on relevant industry trends affecting recruitment and client servicing.
•Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree.
•A proven track record of consistent sales performance
•Excellent communication and interaction skills, with proven oral, written, and presentation abilities in a business setting across multiple communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.). Proficiency in English and Thai.
•Proven commitment to deliver, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong problem-solving skills.
•Experience in working with clients and candidates from the Manager level to Director and C-level.
•Passion for recruiting, sales, and/or conversation, with a successful track record in recruitment or outreach preferred.
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
