Job Responsibilites
Provide support in new cloud related projects implementation.
Provide Control-M job related support
Review access rights and accounts control in cloud.
Review and resolve the vulnerabilities reported from scan and/or alerts.
Provide consultancy to new projects to onboard AWS cloud services.
Strengthen the security posture of existing cloud infrastructure and propose enhancement.
Raise service request to Operations Team for in-scope cloud related tasks.
Apply Control-M technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administrate in both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
Ensure all Control-M configurations conform to high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, aligning to design documentation specifications.
Ability to codify or implement/deploy Control-M configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations will be advantageous.
Ability to codify or maintain infrastructure systems in an automated fashion using tools such as but not limited to Ctrl-M, Ansible, Terraform etc with proper documentation will be advantageous
Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimisations for the client’s environment.
Maintain technical skills, certifications and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community specifically in the infrastructure.
Ability to resolve issues with proper resolution/documentation technically and SLAs is required for this role.
To support and maintain AWS S3 Buckets and other AWS Storage services such as FSX.
To support Trend Micro Cloud One Workload and Endpoint Security / AMHIPS as part of Anti-Virus/ Anti-Malware system.
To support and maintain ABLR Heavy Forwarder (CTS Services) as part of Audit Logging requirement.
To support Infrastructure using DevOps process or tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
To support Audit and security compliance activities.
Work with BAU team, System Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and DBA to support and maintain the cloud environment.
To support and maintain servers
To support Disaster Recovery exercises.
Requirements
AWS Professional certificate
1-3 years working experience in IT field and 1-2 years working experience in AWS environment.
Control-M knowledge is a plus
