Responsibilities:
- Building and integrating cloud-native technologies and architectural approaches
- Leading the development of AI system and frameworks
- Building develop, deploy, manage and monitor tool sets for AI system
- Collect,organize and analyze monitor data to find the bottleneck of the application
- Deploy and operate self-built AI systems
- Help the team improve AI skills and grow together
- Customer support and help customers analyze and solve problems and bottlenecks in customer AI systems and applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 20+ years of experience in optimizing system design, complexity analysis, software design in Unix/Linux systems, performance, and application issues
- Very familiar with AI model training, reasoning and tuning, and has very rich practical experience
- Be familiar with AI-related hardware and development trends, and keep up with hardware development trends
- Familiar with Kubernetes and have extensive practical
- Rich experience in data processing and big data related industries
- Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate with local customers and teams.
