Role:
- Team Leader: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives or account managers.
Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Performance Management: Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor performance against goals.
- Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Forecasting and Planning: Forecast sales trends, analyze market data, and develop sales forecasts and budgets.
- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
-Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, and prepare regular reports for management.
Responsibilities:
- Setting Sales Targets: Set ambitious but achievable sales targets for the team based on market analysis and company objectives.
- Sales Planning: Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to guide the team in achieving their targets.
- Sales Coaching and Training: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to improve the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs, and take corrective action as needed.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.
- Working hours 9pm to 3am, may include weekend and public holidays
