Job responsibilities:
- Prepare Purchase Orders and various shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, beneficial certificates, and export permits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure order fulfillment.
- Liaise with banks, inspection bodies, and insurance companies for document submission and/or Letter of Credit issuance.
- Negotiate Letters of Credit.
- Assist and support Sales Representatives with customer queries related to order fulfillment documentation.
- Source freight and book shipments.
- Prepare and submit assigned reports.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the department manager.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years working experiences in related field
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, International Trading, Business Contract and Negotiation
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
