Position Summary

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified candidates for our clients. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidate fit for the role.
  • Client Management:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and identify potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to create effective job descriptions and interview processes.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Provide candidates with comprehensive information about the role and company culture.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide guidance on negotiation techniques.
  • Manage the candidate onboarding process.
  • Business Development:
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Network with industry professionals to build relationships and generate referrals.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
