Thermo Fisher Scientific Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to join our team. Collaborate with a driven group and focus on selling and driving Laboratory Plastics Essential in the South East Asia and Taiwan region. Grow revenue, explore new business opportunities, and introduce innovative products to the market while educating potential customers about their value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and engage prospects through detailed communication and value proposition presentations to generate demand for assigned products.
  • Work in tandem with the commercial team and channel partners to develop and efficiently implement strategies to meet and exceed lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with customers in existing accounts to improve ongoing customer experience and identify vertical sales development opportunities for both the division and the organization.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with both channel partners and customers to stay up-to-date on marketing trends and evolving needs to reinforce product sales strategies.
  • Participate in business reviews, training sessions, and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales proficiency.
  • Communicate and engage the broader regional team on the efficiency of product sales and marketing campaigns for existing product lines and offer suggestions for future NPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical Sciences preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience as a product specialist or business development role, preferably for laboratory consumables.
  • Proficiency to deliver compelling business narratives through effective presentation abilities and an analytical approach.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to transform it into actionable insights.
  • Willing to travel up to 40% within the South East Asia & Taiwan region.
