Key Responsibilities:
The role of a Specialty nurse may vary depending on their area of expertise, but some common responsibilities may include:
- Assessing patient conditions: Specialty nurses are responsible for assessing the health and medical needs of their patients. This includes monitoring vital signs, performing physical assessments, and reviewing medical histories.
- Developing care plans: Based on the assessment, specialty nurses develop individualized care plans for their patients. This involves setting goals, establishing interventions, and evaluating outcomes.
- Administering medications and treatments: Specialty nurses administer medications and treatments, such as intravenous therapy or wound care, as prescribed by physicians or nurse practitioners.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams: Specialty nurses work with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to their patients.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current SNB license.
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Shifts:
- This position requires working in 3 rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
