Project Administrator and Coordinator (Training provided)

  • Responsible for taking off quantitates,evaluation of price comparison, and costing summary
  • Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post contract.
  • Participate in special projects as needed
  • Manage and finalize project accounts in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Familiar with using office software (Eg: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to speak Mandarin as you are required to assist and work with Mandarin speaking customers and colleagues.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
