Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and achieving the restaurant’s financial and operational goals.
Requierments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and best practices.
