We are seeking a highly creative and driven Video Content Creator & Strategist to join our team. This role goes beyond just video editing—it involves storyboarding, conceptualizing, and overseeing the full production process to create engaging and strategic content that
aligns with our brand and captivates our audience. Your primary focus will be on ideating and producing content that fuels our marketing campaigns within the Immigration and Education Placement Industry.
The content will range from lifestyle videos, company culture,business topics to customer testimonials and will be used for advertising purposes and social media marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone with a strong blend of creative vision, storytelling, and
public relations skills to drive our video strategy forward. Your ability to ideate and produce compelling content across various formats will be essential in keeping our audience engaged. The ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and collaborators, helping to build meaningful
relationships that contribute to effective and impactful content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce a wide range of video content including lifestyle, business-related, and customer testimonial videos.
• Lead the entire video production process—from pre-postproduction:
ideation, storyboarding, conceptualizing and filming to editing and final
delivery.
• Coordinate video shoots, including equipment setup, location scouting, and other logistical preparations to ensure smooth production.
• Develop video content strategies that align with our brand goals and
engage our audience across various platforms.
• Work with Marketing Team to edit and produce high-quality videos for advertising, social media marketing campaigns, and other promotional purposes.
• Innovate and ideate engaging video formats for social media channels
(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu) that maintain
audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent flow of content that supports the overall content strategy.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders (clients, influencers, brand ambassadors, other companies) to gather testimonials and curate content that builds trust and authenticity.
• Capture photography for specific video content needs, including Carousell- like formats on TikTok.
• Ensure all video content is optimized for digital platforms, keeping up with trends and platform-specific best practices.
• Candidate will be required to join for our external events (Overseas
Seminars, Local Popup Booth, Events/ Company Celebrations)
• Must be able to analyze trends and monitor video metrics to assess
performance and optimize content strategy.
• Handle ad-hoc marketing tasks such as social media posts, email
newsletter content, and blogs as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in marketing / mass communication or any other relevant field
• Proven 2 years' experience in storyboarding, conceptualizing, and producing creative and strategic video content in a digital space
• An Independent, outgoing, creative, and energetic personality with strong PR skills, capable of effectively engaging with both external and internal stakeholders, particularly when coordinating and encouraging their participation in video content creation.
• Strong video production and editing skills with good proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Experience creating content specifically for social media marketing campaigns and digital advertising.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute video content that drives engagement and enhances brand storytelling.
• Photography skills to support video content creation when necessary.
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality to interact with clients, interviewees, and team members.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities.
• Experience with content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and familiarity with platform trends and requirements.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Familiarity with running paid social ads or video ad campaigns.
