JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Handling full set of account for the different 3-4 companies.
2. Handling intercompany billing.
3. Checking of outlets daily reports for sale, cash, bank, Nets, credit cards and all delivery platforms collections.
4. Keying in related accounting entries into Quickbook /good accounting systems.
5. Preparing all bank reconciliations, GST submission and perform cashflow monitoring.
6. Preparing and managing of Account Payable and Accounts Receivable entries.
7. Submitting weekly, monthly fixed assets and audit schedules.
8. Liaising with tax agent and company secretary on company tax matters.
9. Working and collaborating with Deye APAC authorized personnel and Deye HQ team authorized personnel to carry out daily work.
10. Ensuring all works are in compliance with local regulations
11. Supporting Singapore director, APAC VP and HQ CFO for regional work.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
Accounting and Taxation:
1) Knowledge in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
2) Handling Financial statements; Financial Reporting and Auditing.
3) Experience in filing and computing company tax.
4) Ability to process payroll.
Computing Skills:
1) Microsoft Office
2) Microsoft Excel
3) Microsoft PowerPoint
4) Knowledge in Accounting software such as Quickbook
