Job Title: Remote Customer Support Representative (Hindi-speaking) – India Team

Job Summary:
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service in Hindi and English to assist our users across India. The role requires fluency in Hindi to ensure effective communication with our large Hindi-speaking customer base. While no prior experience is required, fast typing skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat, email, and phone to resolve inquiries and provide support.
- Assist with account-related issues such as registration, login, and password resets.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to gameplay and platform access.
- Provide clear explanations of game rules, promotions, and other general inquiries in Hindi.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Ensure all interactions with customers are respectful, polite, and in line with company values.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Hindi and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- No prior experience is required, but strong typing skills and fast typing speed are crucial.
