We are looking for suitable candidates to support our Healthcare client as Business Analysts for their Clinical Informatics System.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the analysis of business requirements and feasibility studies of possible solutions and business cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Create and analyze data reports to support business decision-making.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Assist in project management activities, including timeline creation and progress reporting.
- Test and validate system changes to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
- Foster a collaborative environment and promote best practices in business analysis.
- Prepare and maintain requirements specification and IT Systems documentation such as functional specification, design specification, test specification, operation, and user guide.
- Exhibit the ability to work independently and collaboratively within and across team(s).
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information.
- Employ excellent problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business analytics, or related field
- Preferably, 5 years of working experience with at least 2 years in business analytics role.
- Experience in IT System implementation, preferably EMR or other clinic-related systems implementation
