Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing team and agency partners to contribute to the development of new local creative assets in accordance with the brand guidelines
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for a variety of mediums, including digital and print materials such as marketing collateral and social media assets
- Support the adaptation of existing global Ninja & Shark campaigns’ necessary assets to relevance visuals of local for deployment across media platforms including statics and videos
- Ensure consistency in brand representation across all touchpoints and countries (Singapore & Malaysia), championing the brand identity in all consumer facing channels.
- Partner with social media manager to ideate, create and deliver exceptional social media content, tailored to suit each channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, trade-marketing, product development, and other departments, to understand and implement creative requirements aligned with key objectives – e.g. Print collaterals for retail to training videos for promoters
- Use design to tell compelling visual stories that communicate the brand's values, mission, and unique selling points.
- Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders and other external production resources to ensure optimal delivery of creatives
- Other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned
Required qualifications / experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as Digital Media Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related disciplines.
- More than 3 years of experience in a comparable role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and XD), Canva, Illustrators, Photoshop, HTML5 and MS Office.
- Able to work with 3D modelling and animation on cinema4D is a plus point.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
- Fluent English
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, work on several projects simultaneously, efficiently, resourcefully and approach all jobs with a marketing perspective.
- Display exceptional design and creative skills in aspects of videography, photography, graphic design, and copywriting, extending across many styles and digital channels,
- Possesses an excellent eye for design and details, have a great understanding of typography and stay up to date with the latest design trends and digital technology.
- Must have strong art direction abilities across advertising disciplines.
