Senior HR Executive (Healthcare)
- Working days: Monday - Friday (9am -6pm)
- Salary : S$ 3,800 - 4,500
- Work Location: Redhill
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs.
- Source and propose talent through various channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for Hiring Managers.
- Create recruitment materials with Marketing Department.
- Manage social media and recruitment platforms.
Onboarding & Orientation:
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Collaborate on employee orientation and job induction programs.
Payroll Processing:
- Ensure timely monthly payroll processing.
- Calculate commissions and manage payroll reports.
- Attend to employee payroll enquiries.
HR Support:
- Assist in HR projects, initiatives, and events.
- Guide and train junior staff.
- Support staff engagement programs.
- Identify gaps in HR processes and propose improvements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Update job descriptions to reflect actual job requirements.
- Submit recruitment reports and cost analyses.
- Assist in developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
