- Answering phones calls and taking messages
- Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
- Managing scheduling and appointments
- Arranging meetings and other events
- Managing and preparing documents for Site
- Assists in HR - Apply/Cancel Workpass and other relavant matters
- All others related jobs
- Other ad hoc job by superior
- Assists in Purchase for Site and issue PO
- Communicate with Supplier
Requirement:
- At least 3 year working experience
- Diploma in administrative or above
- Experience in construction field is an added advantages
