Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers warmly
- Promote and assist beauticians/therapist in current packages and promotions to enhance sales and meet outlet shop sales targets.
- Schedule and manage appointmentsHandle client inquiries, complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and promotions to effectively inform and sell to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years’ experience in sales.
- Sales driven and able to work independently
