Front Customer facing
- Station at office / show room in events as required.
- Manage orderliness of showroom office.
- Be on site during client private sales events and managing and directing sales.
Back office operations
- Inventory management and controls.
- Updating Stocks, manage sales draw down.
- Update and project and maintain marketing sales price.
- Coordinating and managing inventory for marketing and sales functions.
- Setting up inventory ERP system.
- Provide regular reporting for operations, marketing, clients to management.
- Management and working coordination with colleagues assigned under supervision or working in alignment relation.
Admin support for live streaming and sales functions
- Administer back end admin support during live streaming session when necessary.
- Customer interactions, sales management, live stream event marketing planning coordinating and implementation.
- Working closely with Branding and Marketing advisor consultant.
- Coordinating organising with external media agencies or support.
Client membership relations
- Administering of 5 teirs clients/ membership sales concierge system.
- Coordinating website updating and changes, and awareness of social media changes and updating.
