Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and prepare all administration duties related to HR issues (eg. letter of appointment, confirmation, year-end appraisal exercise)
- Maintain and prepare for all immigration related issues such as apply / renew / terminate of Employment Pass, S Pass and Dependent Pass
- Maintain, prepare and process payroll duties, including preparation of job-costing allocation and reconcialiation
- Submit with regulatory submissions (eg., IRAS, CPF, Mindef, Childcare Leave claim etc)
- Orientate and brief new employees on company policy
- Responsible to check for Daily / Monthly Workers payroll related issues
- Assist in Yearly Internal and External audit process
- Prepare monthly HR report as when necessary
- Arrange and organize company’s event (eg. birthday party, year-end dinner, etc)
- Assist in performing various HR related duties carried out by the HR Manager
Job Requirements:
- 5 years Construction sector Payroll processing experience
