What you will be doing:
Commercial Pricing & Structuring Acumen
- Provide pricing and contract approval for all deals in region.
- Provide pricing across a portfolio of solutions with varying complexity. Pricing may include a combination of software, professional services, hosting, and business process outsourcing.
- Adapt global pricing frameworks to regional markets to accelerate deal making whilst maintaining financial discipline and business unit performance objectives.
- Leverage price lists and calculator models to compile all the elements required to price deals. Pricing includes profitability analysis and assessing other performance metrics.
- Maximize in year Revenue in deal structures based on thoughtful understanding of all Rev Rec rules and requirements.
- Provide strategic, pricing and contract support to Sales and Account Management teams located around the globe.
- Provide input to contracts including all commercial elements and terms that impact the P&L and approve all contracts on behalf of Business Unit.
- Thoughtfully synthesize and present analysis and pricing recommendations for complex deals to senior leadership.
- Identify win/loss characteristics of deals and be able to make recommendations on various structures and business investment requirements to help improve win rate.
- Adhere to process and best practices guidelines.
Collaborative Partner
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Management, Professional Services, Managed Services, Pre-Sales, and Client Experience teams to understand costs, develop creative pricing structures, and strategies for complex transactions which include a combination of software, professional services, hosting, and business process outsourcing.
- Collaboratively coordinate with other team members located around the globe to move deal pricing requests forward.
- Run APAC Sales Interlock, and work with Business and Sales teams to develop and track path to achieving sales attainment targets. Drive efficiencies
- Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies in response time to clients as well as accelerate approval processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation allowing sales to self-serve where appropriate.
What you bring:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, product, marketing, or finance in the financial services technology industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Finance or related field
- Prior Pricing experience, preferable with regional experience in a multi-national organization
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills with ability to understanding drivers and impacts.
- Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization.
- Highly organized, proactive, tenacious, and detail oriented.
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment in decision making.
- Track record of operating independently and within a high performing team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to help the team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deals at varying stages of completion, and ensure deliveries are promptly met
- Expert MS Excel financial modeling skills required (macros and pivot tables preferred)
- Strong sense of integrity.

- Preferably experience working in a large/matrixed environment.
