Job Description
- Perform all payroll related functions for a headcount of approximately 300
- Perform tax clearance and yearly reporting to authority
- Submission of pro-family claims and any related authorities' salary claim e.g. NS reservist pay; childcare; paternity and maternity claims; FWL etc
- Work with HR team in employee related claims e.g. Work Injury and H&S Claim
- Process and maintain work pass; quotas and renewal requests
- Perform monthly payroll reporting
Job Requirement
- 1 to 2 years of payroll and related experience with work pass exposure
- Diploma/Certificate/GCE "O" level in business related discipline
- Confident to communicate and interact with all levels fluently in more than one language
- Ability to work under tight timelines and possess a positive mindset with a "can do" attitude
- Meticulous and focus in details
- Ability to work cohesively in a team
